How long do we get at the centre?

2 Hours, but on quieter days we may be able to extend this, please speak to a member of staff on the day but be aware we cannot guarantee this. The 2 hours is your total time at the centre so if you would like food during your stay we recommend putting in your food order as early as possible.

Do we need to book?

We can accept walk in’s, however we strongly advise booking a table so that you are guaranteed a space when you arrive.

Can we bring in our own food

Unfortunately, we cannot allow any outside food into the centre unless for specific allergy reasons or if it is baby food.

We are having a gathering for a birthday party, can we bring a cake?

Unless it is a pre booked birthday package, we cannot allow cake into the centre, you are however more than welcome to bring in balloons and exchange presents at the table.

Where are you located?

We are on standard way industrial park, Northallerton, DL6 2XH, North Yorkshire.

What shall we wear?

We must ensure socks are worn at all times within the softplay for a multitude of reasons, mainly hygiene. It is heavily advised that bare skin is covered for use of the slides, for this reason, shorts and dresses are not advised along with short sleeved t shirts. Please be aware that some materials are liable to increase the speed at which the slide operates, this includes football kits and nylon based clothing.

We are meeting friends, can we sit together?

Absolutely, when booking online use the note section to write in the names of the people you are meeting and we will ensure your tables are together. Sometimes on extremely busy days and if the booking was made late, we may not be able to do this, but we will try our hardest!

Can I sit at a specific table?

If you have a preferred table or would like to sit in a specific section of the softplay, please add this into the note section when making a booking and we will try our best to get you in your desired area. Sometimes on extremely busy days and if the booking was made late, we may not be able to do this.

Can you cater for allergens?

Absolutely, we make most of the food fresh in our kitchen, if you have dietary requirements please speak to a member of staff when ordering food and we will ensure that the meal is made to suit, please note not all of our food can be made without allergens, but the vast majority can!

Can we take food and cakes away?

We can provide takeaway containers for any food that you would like to take away with you, just ask a member of staff and we will get it sorted for you!

I’ve booked a birthday party, when do I confirm final numbers and pay the final balance?

We will give you a call at the start of the week before your party to confirm all the final numbers, allergens, additional extra’s and tale the final balance.
